We are your trusted cloud hosting service provider. These Terms of Service explain how our platform works and what you can expect from us. By creating an account or using any HiQloud services, you agree to the terms given below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Who These Terms Apply To
These terms apply to everyone using HiQloud’s cloud hosting services. If you are an:
This may include:
- individual developer
- a business owner
- a startup
- a reseller
- a partner
These rules apply equally to everyone who buys our cloud computing services.
If you are a reseller, you are fully responsible for your customers and everything they do using your purchased resources. HiQloud provides services directly to you (the account holder), not to your end customers. Any misuse or violation by your customers becomes your responsibility.
- These terms apply to all users without exception.
- Resellers are responsible for their customers.
- HiQloud has no direct obligation toward end users of resellers.
Account & Identity
To use HiQloud services, you must create an account with accurate and truthful information. We may request identity verification (KYC) at any time for compliance or risk management purposes.
If verification is requested and not completed:
- Your services may be suspended.
- Your account access may be restricted. `
- Your account may be permanently closed.
You are responsible for securing your account, including:
- Username and password
- API keys
- SSH keys
- Access tokens
- Any other authentication credentials
Any activity performed under your account is considered your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not.
Payments & Billing
HiQloud operates on a prepaid wallet system. This means you must add funds before using services. Usage charges are automatically deducted from your wallet balance based on hourly usage or defined billing units. Important billing points:
- Services are prepaid only.
- Billing may occur hourly or per resource unit.
- You must maintain sufficient wallet balance at all times.
If in case your wallet balance becomes insufficient:
- Services will automatically pause.
- Servers may stop running.
- Resources may become inaccessible.
All payments made to HiQloud are non-refundable. This includes:
- Unused wallet balance
- Partially used services
- Early cancellation
- Accidental top-ups
Please monitor your usage and balance carefully.
Service Suspension & Data Responsibility
Your services may be suspended or permanently terminated for reasons including:
- Low or zero wallet balance
- Violation of our usage policies
- Security risks or abuse reports
- Legal compliance requirements
If services are stopped, the following may occur:
- Data may be permanently deleted.
- Storage volumes may be erased.
- IP addresses may be reassigned.
- Configurations may be removed.
HiQloud does not provide automatic backups unless specifically stated in your plan. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups at all times.
Plus, You are fully responsible for:
- Backing up your data
- Protecting sensitive information
- Exporting data before cancellation
We do not guarantee data recovery after deletion.
Prohibited Activities
To maintain a stable and abuse-free environment, certain activities are strictly prohibited. These include but are not limited to: cryptocurrency mining, spamming, hosting malware, DDoS attacks, and any activity that violates international laws.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Resource Usage Policy
HiQloud operates shared cloud infrastructure. To ensure consistent performance for all users, we monitor resource consumption (CPU, RAM, Bandwidth).
Excessive consumption that impacts others is managed under our Fair Usage Policy. We reserve the right to throttle or restrict services that violate these technical limits.
Service Availability
HiQloud services are provided on an “as-is†basis. While we strive for high uptime and reliable performance, downtime may occur due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Infrastructure upgrades
- Hardware failures
- Network issues
- Unexpected technical problems
Service interruptions, or temporary performance issues do not qualify for refunds, service credits, or compensation.
Liability & Responsibility
HiQloud is not responsible for:
- Business losses
- Revenue loss
- Data loss
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Losses caused by your customers
If any issue arises due to your usage or your customers’ usage, in that case, only you are fully responsible. In any case, HiQloud’s total liability is strictly limited to the amount you have recently paid for our services.
Changes to Services
HiQloud reserves the right to update or modify:
- Pricing of the Service plans
- Features
- Infrastructure
- Policies
- Service offerings
We may also:
- Discontinue services
- Restrict features
- Close accounts when necessary
- Changes may occur without prior notice.
Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal matters will be handled exclusively in the courts of:
Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Final Agreement
By using HiQloud cloud hosting services, you confirm that:
- You have read these terms.
- You understand them.
- You agree to follow them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Service, please discontinue use of HiQloud immediately.
